Lovely quirky comfy cafe, really nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious cakes, great range of teas, books to browse through while you eat or drink. Definitely recommended and I would be happy to visit again!
Sheltering from storm Claudia today I popped into 9 Leaves for a coffee. I found a lovely atmosphere, charming staff, a very good coffee... and the most comfortable sofa ever experienced in a cafe.

Stopped off here for something to eat while out for a walk around Hoylake. It’s excellent - lots of choice in the menu, pleasant & prompt service, good food I had coffee, a bacon sandwich (lean, crispy bacon) and (because it was a long walk I went on) a granola & yogurt bowl with strawberries. This was huge Would definitely return here if back in Hoylake

Stopped here for coffee and sandwich. One of the nicest sandwiches I've had (toasted brie, bacon & cranberry). The coffee was delicious and I'm fussy. Lovely comfortable seating (a mix of sofas and coffee tables, and dining tables and chairs). Friendly staff. Would recommend
I have been a regular customer for many months, the food, coffee and cakes are always excellent. However, I noticed a sudden change of staff around Christmas and I feel that this has impacted the quality of the customer service I am used to receiving from your team. This is something I have noticed every visit I have made since the staff change over. One staff member in particular (colourful hair) is quite condescending and I never truly feel welcome due to the way they speak to myself and other customers. There have also been times when what I believe are the newer staff members, looking utterly miserable and again that doesn’t give a welcoming atmosphere. There are 3 younger women that have worked for you since I started becoming a regular customer who always have wonderful customer service and seem to take genuine care and interest in me as a customer, but the poor service from other staff members have led me to find a new local lunch spot.
Second time we've been here whilst visiting this area, lovely breakfasts, drinks and service. Also a very relaxed, comfortable place to sit, chat, read and chill.
First visit with my friend, they’ve made the venue really lovely inside and it has a really cute outdoor area with a few tables. We had a serious nut allergy to tell them about and they were very reassuring and professional. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Also coffee was very good quality.
