   AVOID. I went in last night for eyebrow threading as my normal salon was busy. The woman didn't wash her hands between seeing clients and has made my eyebrows extremely thin. I had to stop her and ask her to be more gentle because she kept slapping my face with her hands to push my eyebrow hair down. I've been left with bruises under my eyebrows from how rough she was with the thread. It is also extremely unprofessional to be on the phone while you are with a client. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

   AVOID!! I went in to get my eyebrows threaded and tried to explain to Rashda that I wanted to keep them thick and just wanted a tidy up to which she completely ignored and rudely told me to put my head back. She was very rough and quick and made them super thin and short and exactly the opposite of what I asked for. I’m going away tomorrow and she has ruined my holiday. Please avoid terrible customer service

   Very disappointed with this visit. My mum had her eyebrows waxed here and unfortunately the wax was far too hot — it actually burnt her skin. She was left with redness and irritation afterward. We expected much more care and professionalism, especially for such a sensitive area. Please be more careful with temperature checks and client comfort in the future.

   I got facial waxing done at Sapna Salon today, and Rashda did an amazing job. I have very sensitive skin, but she was extremely careful and gentle throughout the process. This was my second time at Sapna, but my first time with Rashda , and she was absolutely amazing. Everything went really well, and my skin had no irritation at all. I also got my eyebrows done. I was a bit worried at first, but Rashda assured me she would do them nicely and she really did! I was so happy with the result. She’s very genuine, professional, and skilled. Highly recommend her, especially if you have sensitive skin.

   Rashda was extremely polite with her customers who came in even while serving. She does exactly what you ask for and does it very smoothly. I went to her to get my eyebrows threaded and she did them in less than 10 minutes. I'm definitely going to be a regular at her parlour.

   It was such a peaceful experience I went in after work and the girls were so calm and very graceful. They talked me through all the services and made sure I understand what I was having they were very gentle with my threading as well and even when I asked them to tidy up a particular area they were just pursuing the service to make sure am happy and satisfied. I really appreciated and we also had good girly conversation unlike some salons were you go and the women don’t want to talk to you like as if you had a fight with them . These gals were exceptionally thank you Rashda and Melacha you make beauty salons therapeutical will definitely go again

   Just had a lovely haircut by Maleeha and neck waxing by Rashda. There was barely any waiting time and both ladies were very sweet and welcoming. Would definitely recommend - have left very happy with both the haircut and the wax :)
