I would like to warn people of the danger of the item that has 3 keys on a ring that you put into the freezer. On the yellow ring there is a piece that detaches. My puppy is only 5 month old and he managed to free it. And had it stuck in his throat. Once i released it I took it back to the store intact. I asked for the manager. I showed the item to her and asked her if there is anything on this item that could harm my pup. She looked everywhere. And said No. I then took the piece out of the ring infront of her. After a discussion she went and took all of them off the hook that they were on. I have since been back into the store. And to my amazement they are back on the hook for sale. I'm absolutely disgusted in this. These items are very dangerous. If I had gave this item to my puppy to play with while I was busy doing something were I was unable to hear or see him 100% he would not be with us today. This shows me that care for animals in this store in blackpool none existent. But profits come first. Please all be aware of this item. There are better items elsewhere . But my money will no longer being spent here.holyoaks Blackpool.

Awaited a safe enclosure for my pet which never arrived. Contacted customer service via live chat multiple times who advised me to wait. Item never arrived. Contacted customer service again who advised they have sent a replacement for next day delivery. Item never arrived. Delivery couriers have never even received the item hence no tracking details. No phone lines, advisors hang up on the live chat. They take your money and leave you without. My small pet is now running wild with no safe enclosure at is at risk. Pets at home could not care less about the urgency and safety of your pet, they just want your money. No resolution, no temporary enclosure offered, despite you actually paying for an item that hasnβt and isnβt coming.

Issue with missing order - no telephone number for local branch - generic number has a recorded message which (eventually) responds with "there is no one available to answer this call, good bye". The 0800 head office number recorded message tells you to go online or use their app then ends the call. Absolutely fed-up with companies delivering poor service then deliberately avoiding any means of contacting customer service or speaking to someone.

BANBURY VETSFORPETS APPALLING The worst vet service we have ever had. We took our dog in January for a rabies vaccination. We book a ferry in Sept. We it got close to the date so we made sure we had the pet passport ready only to discover the put the wrong year. They put 2024 instead of 2025. I took the passport back and said they put the wrong year for the rabies vaccine. Vet that did the vaccine was on vacation so they just crossed off the year and put 2025 and put initials near. I asked if it needs a stamp or anything they reply no. So next day we go to the ferry and they refuse us because of the year change and accuse me of changing the year saying a vet would not have done this. They said they would have given a new paper with correct information. Then to find out they have the wrong vaccination. For the prices they charge you would think they would actually listen to the customer wants and not just do whatever they want. So after losing 800 quid on the ferry the next day we demanded for a rabies vaccination in which we should have already had. The receptionist first refused to help. But the vet that was there actually helped. But of course charged us again for the vaccine we wanted in January. I am not sure who is running the VETS for Pets in Banbury but they clearly do not listen to the customer or even care about return business. Simply appalling service.

I will never be shopping at a PAH again. Two rats, sexed incorrectly (fair enough it happens) but the communication between the Broadstairs store and the Head Office to resolve my issue is shocking. This has been going on since March, and I am still waiting for a refund for the castration of my rats. You may ask, why didn't I take them back to the store? Well it only became apparent after a few weeks when I tried to mix them with the rats I already had, and a pet is not some item you can just return to the store because you don't like it. I formed a bond with these rats. PAH do not provide a contact number because they would rather hide behind a chat box than speak over the telephone. PAH customer service is shocking. Unfortunately they have the most pet stores and that's why they think they can treat their customers with such apathy. PAH have gotten too comfortable and in the future this will surely backfire.

AVOID! Rubbish service. Decided to try them out for the first time. Random cat food was delivered instead of the dog food that I ordered. Karolina D pops up on the chat says sheβs sorry and asked for the way forward. Iβm busy typing requesting I actually get what I ordered then she disconnects the chat.

Very rude staff. Bought a leather lead for my dog and the stitching was loose went in the shop to day to complain only to be laughted at, and was told they could do nothing because I did not have the receipt, I told them I did not need the receipt because it was faulty. They didn't even suggest about repairing it .I will never ever go in the Pets at Home in Rhyl again.

I have been waiting for a refund for 8 weeks now, Sarah at Bradley Stoke has been helping me but your customer service team don't seem to want to do their job, I came in with 5 months of Wormer and asked for a refund which was granted the wormer was taken from me qnd I wad told 10 working days for Β£30 to be put back into my account, 3 weeks later still nothing so I went into see Sarah and she contacted the customer service team again and they apologised and said they would refund Β£110 for inconvenience and gesture of good will, anyway another 3 weeks later, still nothing, I go back into see Sarah and i said to call me as i had another appointment to get too, anyway customer service emailed me saying its only Β£30 and I'm being told to contact my bank and ask them about the refund, which I have and they have no idea what I'm taking about!!! You have taken the worm treatment off me and 8 weeks later still no money!! and also I want the Β£110 that I wad promised the second time around due to being messed around!!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Another large corporate company that is run by robots and impossible to speak to a human at head office . Trying to source cat food for a sick cat who will currently only eat Encore broth . Lincoln branches only do the brand for dogs . Click and collect takes days to arrive .. Well thank goodness for Waitrose who are not a pet specialist company but stock the very brand I need ..

I have placed an online order and the 50% discount code wasn't able to be applied. I went online to the chat and Rebecca R was to have applied the discount of 50% back to my bank card. She didn't do this, again today I went onto chat and connected with Joanne A who said that the discount wasn't applied and she applied it. I hope that is the case as I am entitled to this 50% discount. If this in not applied I will make sure that everyone whom uses this company no longer does.
