   Went today and closed during Saturday opening hours (11am), and opening hours during the week impossible to get to if you’re working. Otherwise a great pet supply store with good prices. Edit: saw two other people arrive and turn round after seeing the shutters down within the 5min I was there

   Very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs generally. But can be on the pricey side compared to online for exactly the same items. But we need to support our local businesses. Plus when u do spend money and are a regular customer. You do get treats now an again and deals on items.

   Excellent shop! Knowledgeable and really helpful staff and they sell quality. Our dog has grain free food and we get Europa from here, it's fantastic stuff and has really helped his coat and skin. Bloody love this shop for helping us sort him out. Get yourself down and have a look and a chat about your animals.

   After using this company for years for my dogs food we've decided we've had enough of the arrogant, rude and disrespectful male that answers the phone. After recently changing our dog food we spoke to a woman who was extremely helpful but when trying to reorder the male was everything I have labelled above. We will not be using this company anymore as they clearly don't respect there customers. This is not a one off but has happened on multiple occasions.
