   I’ve been bringing my dog Robin here for years, and everyone is always so friendly and professional. They always make sure he’s comfortable and well cared for during every visit. I couldn’t recommend them more!

   I have to say I am very unhappy with the lack of service i received here. I brought my dog in after waiting a week for a slot to open up, told the lady on the phone that he was a medium sized cockapoo and when I took him in the lady commented about him being big and immediately tried putting him in a small cage, my dog was extremely distressed and she was forcing him in with both hands on his back end. He was terrified and had no idea what was happening! The lady then said she didn't want to do him because he was scared and anxious and started telling me that she had been bitten in the past by a grumpy dog. I then spent 10 minutes trying to justify why my dog was terrified, honestly it was like speaking to a child. There was no effort to try to calm him down and get to know him or reassure him. I asked if I could stay with him to help him feel a bit more safe and she said no. The shop is on a very busy main road and that can cause dogs to get anxious and If you cant handle anxious dogs then you shouldn't be allowed to be a dog groomer because for a dog its like going to the vets, they are frightened and don't know what is going on. The way she acted and treated my dog I would not feel safe leaving him with someone like that.

   I took my dog, Jack for his first cut with Jade last week and I couldn’t be more delighted. The service is excellent and Jack came back with the best hair cut he’s ever had (he’s 3!) I would thoroughly recommend and I will be back! Jenny

   I have been going to Tracey for a very long time for my dog to be ' cut '. Her manner with my dog is so nice - it has meant my dog feels comfortable going for her pamper session. The service is excellent - your requirements are listened too and I have never had a need to complain about the end result. The range of other dog products is also very good and worth a peruse. I have recommended Doggy Style to many of my friends and will continue to do so. X
