   I've been a customer of Charley Chau for around 10 years now and have never been disappointed. I originally started with a snuggle bed, and now have both the ducky donut and the bliss bolster, all beds are exceptionally high quality, and all the beds I have had over the years are still in fantastic condition. When I started out as a dog owner, I used to buy cheaper beds, but they never lasted! I think the cost per wear of a Charley Chau over 10 years is now pretty small.

   My ducky donut bed arrived yesterday, all I can say is WOW. The bed is so well made, really padded and excellent quality. I was apprehensive spending this much money on a dog bed, but I should not have worried, the bed is well worth the price paid, it is so squidgy and comes apart so all pieces can be washed. My whippet Woody was fast asleep in it within 10 mins of it arriving. I bought a large size, Woody is 14kg and he has plenty of room to stretch out, REALLY REALLY PLEASED WITH IT, need to save for another now as my other whippet wants to be in it all the time as well.

   We purchased our large size bed a few months ago for our whippet that loves to burrow and be covered. He is an average sized whippet at 21". The design of the envelope is wrong - it is too short, to fully cover a dog once they are underneath, and there is limited room for the dog to move once under as the envelope becomes tight. Our dog will dig his bed before settling, so the faux fur has gone, leaving a thread bare base material. The bed has not worked for us, and as such does not offer good value for money at £135. Perhaps it works better with smaller dogs. 16/12 I have corrected the price.

   These beds are superb quality made with premium materials, well worth the money! My two dachshunds have a velour snuggle sack each and they love them, they happily take themselves off to bed when we bring them upstairs. I love them too as they are super easy to clean, they look perfect when washed not out of shape or discoloured and the team at Charley Chau are always so helpful!

   We recently purchased a Large Velour Snuggle Bed in Teal and could not be more thrilled with our Whippet pup's reaction to it, or more impressed with the service. We initially ordered the bed in Medium which was too small, and the Charley Chau team quickly helped us sort out the exchange making it as hassle-free as possible. It's lovely to support such a flourishing small business. Snuggle beds are always a hit with our whippys and we're just heading back for another fleece blanket!
