   Went into Wickes Chester yesterday looked at the bathroom suites. THere was no price on them, so was directed to a lady sitting at her computer. I asked the lady for a price, she said I would have to book an appointment. Absolutely shocked you need an appointment to get a price on something, very cross with this response.

   Love this place. Gone multiple times for ‘on offer’ paint. Always very useful and the communication they have is great. I broke down driving past… and the staff at Wickes were really understanding that I had to pull into their car park. They have gone above and beyond for me today and made me feel relaxed in a very stressful situation

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sold architrave which was clearly damaged. No attempt to refund or replace. No reduction. In cost. Polly deputy manager had zero customer service skills and came across very rude and unhelpful. Will not use wicked again Disgusted

   We ordered some doors for next day delivery before thinking about handles. Found some we liked and aslef if they could be ordered and added to delivery. Difficult to do apparently but the staff could not have done more to try and find a way to help. As it happened there weren't enough handles available but even then the staff were searching other stores to see if they could help further. Brightened my day. Doors arrived next day as promised and within time slot. Great experience all around.

   Superb store. Generally speakinb competitive prices. Good selection. Above all is the staff. Very very helpful, always someone there to ask for help and advice. Recently had superb service off Lisa Staff are amazing unlike the store next door that ends in a Q....!!!

   I ordered tiles on Click and Collect. One box had been opened and a tile was missing from it. Didn’t notice until I got home. Called the store this morning and they wouldn’t post out the missing tile. Going to cost me £6 in petrol to pick it up! Shocking customer service!

   Not impressed with how I was spoken to after querying why the fridge was not taken after they installed the kitchen despite my contract stating all rubbish will be removed from the site. Buyer beware other reviews state that once they have the sale and your money they suddenly become less helpful. That was certainly my experience. Buyer beware.... will be going elsewhere for the bathroom installation.

   Watch out for the parking at Wicks! Just been charged £100 fine for staying more than 90 mins. We didn't spot this! never seen before with other business's in the area. Ridiculous given we were there for a bathroom design appointment, which lasted 70 mins or so, taken into account a delayed start. Looking at some tiles after the appointment cost us quite a bit! Very bad taste after just agreeing to spend thousands on a new bathroom.....cheers Wicks!
