   I visited the parlor yesterday and had my waxing done with Zil, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! She was outstanding — I didn’t feel any pain at all, which honestly surprised me. Zil was extremely professional and paid great attention to hygiene and cleanliness throughout the session. The whole experience was comfortable and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

   I have been to this salon multiple times and had agreed over the call for £150 for hair colour, Olaplex, and a haircut. As part of an ongoing Christmas deal, the same service is still listed on Treatwell for £150, yet I was charged an extra £40 just for Olaplex. On top of that, the hair colour service was not as expected and nowhere near. I chose this salon because it was advertised as all-inclusive, so this experience was very disappointing and misleading.

   I had an amazing experience here at Xtrim. Zeel was so incredibly nice and friendly. She greeted me so warmly when I walked in and when I told her I think I’m falling a little ill and have a slight headache she went the extra mile to give me a head massage when washing my hair and adjusted the temperature without me asking. She asked me what I wanted and listened to me attentively whilst giving some great tips too! We had a great chat and honestly felt like we were friends having a catch up! Would highly recommend :) Service, communication and over all experience 10/10!

   My friend told me such good things about this salon so I decided to visit and I was not left disappointed. The service was absolutely amazing, the owner Mita made me feel extremely comfortable whilst getting my wax and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! I really recommend this place as it is highly professional and you will leave the place feeling satisfied with the service.

   I booked an appointment over the phone for later in the day. When I arrived for my appointment there was a queue and I was told to join the queue as my appointment wasn’t showing in the calendar. It’s most upsetting, because I scheduled it to match my toddler‘s nap time. I can’t just come back later because my kid won’t be sleeping later. I can’t allow myself to sit there for 45 minutes, having my haircut, while my child is running around the place, and I have nobody to live the child with. So when I made a plan and book a specific time from any service provider I’m expecting to be seen at such time. It could be the most amazing hair salon in the area but I won’t be coming back.

   Excellent service. Mita is a total professional and her attention to detail and attitude are both fantastic. I come here after for eyebrows and waxing and don’t want to go anywhere else - very high quality for a reasonable price that is justified for what you receive. Highly recommend.

   I did balayage. The hair dresser is very nice and kind. My colour faded away after few weeks. They have corrected it after they found out. I’m so happy with the results and service now. 100% will recommend them.

   I came yesterday and the hairdresser cut and dyed my hair, I am blonde and was very surprised because the hairdresser did everything professionally and my hair looks great now. Today I had a booking for facial ,it’s was great and relaxing facial massage. The staff, very attentive and friendly, I would like to book next appointment in this salon.
