   I had a wonderful experience with Mannu, she is Star✨ She did my eyebrows, waxing, and facial, and the service was absolutely amazing. She is extremely nice, kind, and very friendly, which made the whole experience relaxing and comfortable. She takes great care in her work and always makes sure everything is done perfectly. I am always very happy with her service and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful and professional beauty therapist.

   My partner and I visited this salon for pedicures, and the entire experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. It was my partner’s first pedicure, and we were both excited unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience we’ve ever had at a nail salon. When I booked over the phone, the receptionist confirmed the pedicure would be a full 1-hour treatment including everything you’d expect: foot soak, cuticle work, massage, etc. Our appointment began at 15:45 , yet my partner was finished by 16:20 . His feet were only in the water for about five minutes , and the treatment was rushed and incomplete. To make things worse, the therapist made one of his toes bleed and he was in pain, and when we questioned it, we were told “it’s normal.” No apology, no concern. My own pedicure wasn’t any better. I received a one-minute massage , and no one even checked whether my nail polish was dry I had to check myself before leaving. When I explained that we were unhappy, the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, despite the fact that I spoke calmly. She claimed they had already given a “discount,” which was something they offered over the phone (£40 per person). Given the poor service, it didn’t feel like a discount at all. After checking with her manager, she insisted we still had to pay £80. She then changed the story and said the service was “a 50-minute session,” even though we didn’t receive anywhere close to that or the quality described. They offered only store credit but after this experience, we would never return. We still paid because we believe in treating people respectfully, even when it’s not reciprocated. I’ve had far better pedicures at places charging much less. This salon is a definite no-go. I would never recommend it to anyone. Zero stars from us but had to give one star to leave the review.

   I had Neha carry out my upper lip threading and Hollywood wax. She was amazing. She was quick and as gentle and considerate as you would hope. As always the room was the right temperature and clean, I highly recommend her. Thank you!

   I've been coming to Regency Beauty for years now and always receive excellent service. My past two visits I've had shellac nails by Kamini and I'm so impressed by her work - she's very friendly and always wants to provide the best experience. My nails look beautiful :) will be back again soon!

   Really friendly staff and great experience all round. This was my first appointment (eyebrow thread and tint) at Regency Beauty, and I will definitely be a regular going forward. My eyebrows look so natural compared to the "blocky" results I've had elsewhere.

   Edit: I also just found that I got ringworm from them. And despite their response below, they did not address "discount for a good review" policy that they seem to have. I stand by my original review. Avoid. I initially decided to give this place a try for my waxes (Hollywood, upper leg, and armpits) after reading all the high reviews. However, my waxer seemed more concerned about doing the services at lightning speed than doing a good job. As such, while initially appearing as a good wax, it was clear that majority of the hairs had simply broken off due to the speed and sheer amount of wax used. Not only is my wax appearing as a patch job, but I am riddled with ingrown hairs due to them just breaking at the surface and not being pulled out. And I have been getting waxes for several years so I know the proper before care and aftercare to avoid these issues. Secondly, they used a kind of a wax holder/spreader for the upper legs and that object has no way of being cleaned or even sanitized between clients. Finally, and most concerning, while I was getting the wax, the waxer told me that if I left a good review for the salon before she was done, the reception would give me 5£ off my services. So that explains all the high reviews. They are bribing people with cheaper services to appear like a better salon. All in all, I will not be retuning and will look for a new salon for my services.

   Had such a great experience getting my shellac nails done at this pretty salon! The receptionist spoke to me about what I wanted before I booked in and recommended Kamini who can specifically do nail art. Kamini did my nails exactly as I wanted and even better. I showed her a photo and she copied it pretty much exactly. She knew exactly which colours to use and took her time to refine it - it was so obvious that she really cared about getting my nails perfect. I couldn’t recommend her more! I also had my toes painted white. The quality was so good - both hands and feet lasted well over 2 weeks and throughout my holiday when I was getting into water a lot! Thank you so much Kamini.
