I loved getting my nails done here. Everyone was super friendly and my technician (Mel) was engaging and made the experience as it can often be tedious! She gave really good advice on BIAB and chrome and did a fantastic job giving just what I was looking for.
Edit: just received a phone call and we cleared up some misunderstanding about chipped nails and gel being better than acrylic got them. I really appreciate the call and will be visiting in the future after letting my nails grow. I'm quite sad having to leave this review because I've previously went there and that experience was a 5 star so I had trust in this place. This time I came here with 2 chipped fingers as shown in the picture and wanted powder on top. I went in and showed the technician who seems new as I didn't see her last time. I said I wanted powder on top to cover so they can just grow. She proceeds to understand me and checked that if it's alright with me that they will be thicke than the other nails. Then she coated me twice by which I was thinking wait is this gel rather than the powder (acrylic) I asked. I said it again and she goes well "I don't do acrylics". Girl what, idc if u do acrylics or not the point is I want acrylic on my broken nails. Ofc me being me I didn't voice it and left it because the base coat was already done. Also you can see that the middle finger is quite uneven. Paid for this but it's a shame because they are so close, but I wouldn't go anymore.
Very clean Salon! The people are very friendly, professional and do a wonderful Job even when some customers have really high demands and often come inside the Salon rudely asking for prices or come late to their appointments I noticed, the staff remains calm and give a good energy to everyone which I definitely needed. Will be back soon!

Both I and my mum came and got our nails and toes done the end result is amazing we’re both so happy with how they look! Just one thing I got quite a deep cut on my pinkie from filling and it is quite sore and still bleeding on and off.
Had such a good experience with them. The shop was very nice and clean and well looked after. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. My nails were done to perfection. I could see she tried hard to get the lines exact, which was very difficult. The shape is very nice and they're not too thick or thin, just right. Overall very impressed and will be returning regularly now.
