   I'm a bit late in posting this review, but I highly recommend Divas by Claudia! I always leave with a smile because she styles my hair exactly how I envision it. Claudia consistently checks in to make sure I'm happy with my hair during the process of laying my closure and styling. She creates a comfortable environment for me to express any adjustments I want, which is so important in a stylist-client relationship. Claudia is incredibly talented, and I can't recommend her enough to anyone seeking a great hair experience!

   Really poor service, everyone that worked in the shop were soo rude, they behaved like I wasn’t paying for the service. As soon as I paid my deposit they were rude and wasn’t willing for me to answer questions about their service. Their website is very unclear and outdated. They ripped my lace on purpose and tried to make me purchase one of theirs and blamed it on the poor quality lace they were working with. When the lace was not bad at all. She plucked in front of me and she was soo heavy handed that’s why. They need to be reminded there’s soo many hairstylist out there the market is competitive so it’s not by force for people to return after being treated like rubbish. Very put off by Instagram hairstylists from this experience and I should have read previous google reviews before considering them. Not worth the headache and trauma!

   I had a lovely experience from start to finish. I was welcomed with offers of refreshments on arrival. And then talked too and assured through out the whole service. I went for a very short cut which I had never had before and the stylist was very reassuring and made sure I was happy throughout each stage. I left very happy and will return again. The atmosphere was also very clean welcoming and friendly and I will definitely recommend visiting. Jess x
