   It’s been a couple of months since we had to use this vets, let down by our normal vets and was expected to leave our 16 yr old staffer suffering all weekend, vets for pets Middleton stepped in and stepped up, an awful day made much easier by caring compassionate staff, if we make the leap again into dog ownership I wouldn’t go anywhere else, couldn’t thank the team enough for helping three heartbroken blokes saying goodbye to our buster

   Piss poor service. Dog has a hole in her back, bleeding, oozing. Try to get appointment at 3.30pm, told no on the phone. Started to look elsewhere to take a look at her. Get text 10mins later saying to bring her in for 6pm. Get there for 5.45pm. At 6.45pm they tell me she wont get seen today and to come back tomorrow. Shambles.

   I will never go to any other vet this is the best place and the best role Dan done my dog a operation a couple of years ago as my poor doggie was attacked and he done a fantastic job for my dog now he’s just recently been put to sleep as he was poorley he was and still is my world I will always have the special memories with him good night god bless my life Rooney ❤️

   Absolute joke of a place. Confirmed they did the type of injection my dog had previously had, turn up and they start him on a difference course so they can charge me more. £80 when I normally pay £37. If you don't want to be ripped off I wouldn't go here. Also beware receptionists make up lies about you to cover their own backs. They don't record calls so receptionists can do and say what they want. There's alot better vets who genuinely care about animals who charge alot less.

   First visit after a move into a new area. Stressful situation with a sick pet, but my dogs fears were allayed and by the end of the appointment he was much calmer and started to behave. This is down to the knowledgeable vet knowing how to soothe a stressed animal.

   I am so annoyed with vets for pets, firstly I was sent a letter in May that my cat needed his annual vaccinations, unfortunately couldn't afford them at the time as my partner lost his job & then was financially able to ring & book in August to which I was told he'd have to start his vaccinations from beginning & I wasn't able to purchase vac4life to pay for it I'd have to pay £82 for two lots of vaccinations then I'd be able to pay the £100 for vac4life, I then reluctantly booked him & had to pay £41 deposit, his appointment was today Queens funeral so I asked if could move it to next week they said no you'd lose deposit, so my partner took him but forgot credit card so I got him to ask if can pay rest next time as he's gotta have next jabs in 3 weeks and we'd already paid half, they said it would be £108 I was in shock so I asked if can pay over the phone & they did as I didn't want to have to get another taxi for me to go down to take him the card as we don't drive, considering everyone's financial difficulties at the moment I think vets for pets are a joke! Also with the letter they sent they never said there was a time limit for his vaccinations.
