   I decided to look elsewhere for a vet as this one has become very unreliable. Terrible opening hours. Impossible to get through on the phone and they didn't have a permanent vet. Not what you want especially if it is an emergency. Since moved to a much more reliable vet near home who have a dedicated reception team and lots of vets and vet nurses. Best move I made

   On Monday ( 11th) , I had to let my beautiful boy Yorkie ,Samwise, go. Sam was 15 , rescued as a pup, from a breeder and the best companion, you could want. Staff at the vets , were truly wonderful, explaining everything, so gentle with Sam,so supportive with me. He died peacefully and that is what we should try to give to our pets , at the end. Sam ,you were my best Hello and my hardest Goodbye. Thank you to the vet and nurse.

   Always get excellent care for all our pets and never charged for expensive, unnecessary tests or treatments, ( I’m a human nurse so I have some idea what’s needed sometimes! ).

   I took one of our dogs here today for her appointment. Sometimes we have to wait beyond our appointment time if its really busy but today we were seen promptly on time. The vet is very good and gave me a lot of useful advice. We've been coming here for 15 years now so highly recommended

   This place has been fantastic staff amazing couldn’t of taken my dog to a better vets. She’s on the mend. Thanks great prices on treatment but would give my arm and leg for my dog but this place doesn’t charge that.

   IV used these vets for a few years , not fancy but staff are great and loving with the animals , prices are cheaper than other local vets but the care for animals is brilliant , also for the owners when a beloved pet needs to be PTS , the help and care given to me a few years ago when my 4¹/² year old dog needed help was immense they went above and beyond , it didn't have a happy ending but I'm so grateful to them . My recent visit with my Staffy was worrying but 5 days later she's back to her happy self .

   First class treatment so kind to our very poorly dog Charlie. He seem to to responding to the treatment now very slow but he's fine. Went to another vet 2 years ago who wrote him off but he's still with us making me & my very happy thank you so much what you do. Mike
