Learnt the hard way to never go with chain vets and to stick with small family run businesses. Didnt really bother with my cat when the vet saw him didnt feel personal. Took my kitten here for his neutering and they refused to see him until I got a heart scan for his suspected murmur which would cost around £1000. Took him for a second opinion elsewhere and they had said it had vanished and managed to neuter him no problem. He is much happier elsewhere now. They also really love my cats and remember them when they come in and cuddle them etc. Its unfortunate some vets do really only care about money rather than animal welfare.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, negligence and inexperience in diagnosis and treatment along with selfish and always tired and unmotivated reception, unfortunately only money is a priority for them. Not a proper recovery whenever I needed their help, despite the monthly payment, their frequent calls have abdicated their responsibility from their duties, which is really painful for our pets who play an important role in all of our lives. My beloved dog is not the same as usual after the vaccination and is constantly short of breath and cannot sleep at night.

It was a routine spaying of my little 7 month old puppy. Great communication of the procedure, brilliant post operative updates with photos . I felt reassured my puppy was being very well taken care of as I was worried about her. The aftercare was nicely explained and medication given to ease her pain and soreness. I know you may do many of these operations routinely but for one concerned owner and her baby it was an anxious time. Thank You for taking good care of her for me.

First of all reception staff was immensely helpful and talked me through every bit I needed to know, completed everything with finesse and super fast on all things including a vet seeing me and my pup, vet was very good and knowledgeable in every answer I required, very happy with the appointment and how everything was handled. Thank you to both the receptionist and the vet for all you did.

The Vet was very professional and helpful. She treated my cat who was very scared extremely kindly so that she felt at ease and could be thoroughly examined. My mind was put at ease and the Vet's explanation was very useful.
