Very good and friedly service, Victoria always spends time examing your pet and explaining trearment needed. Vet nurses and reception also very helpful.
Heywood Vets have been great with our two staffys. One especially who has not been well this year. They have given us lots of advice and help even been there at the end of the phone at anytime with their continued support. Thanks to them he is doing well and on the mend.
Absolutely amazing and so caring and this morning I received a card after the loss of my pet gloop. It melted my heart and that was so thoughtful. Thank you you were all amazing.
Very friendly and attentive veterinary clinic from the reception to the vet nurses and vet surgeons. Always offer the best possible treatment for the pet. My cat is with this clinic for nearly a year now. Pet plan is a very good way to save money and look after your pet regularly. Highly recommended. Easy and straightforward to get the appointment. I always got the best possible advice either over the phone or in the clinic.
Excellent staff took as much time as we needed explaining everything in detail couldn't do enough for our schnauzer and us too highly recommended
I saw Hannah and she was so kind and gentle with my cat, from entering the reception area you could tell that this was a warm and friendly practice and the fees were very reasonable
Been with Heywood Vets for 7+years , I have two rabbits and take them twice a year, maybe more if need an extra check or nails clipping. Allways been a positive experience, receptionist lovely and helpful , and vets/vet nurses knowledgeable, caring, kind. I will continue to use Heywood Vets.
Really professional team here, receptionist deserves a mention as she fitted us in at short notice this morning and expliained clearly how to give the medication. Very happy with the service.
Hi would just like to say thank you for putting my faith back in to taking my pets to a veterinary clinic. Our much loved Conure, Skittles fell ill suddenly on a Saturday, I was in work and my 12 year old son was beside himself, his dad took our little feathered friend to Heywood, there was nothing they could do for him but the sympathy and care was going above and beyond. Thank you so much you have made a very sad time a little easier and the personal Sympathy Card we received again what a lovely gesture. As animal lovers and a varied bunch we have! We will recommend and be using your vets again, thank you x
