   Super accessible practice. Staff are friendly and have a genuine caring approach. The reception staff ( caroline) is so very lovely, so are everyone we have had contact with. We highly recommend this practice; we are delighted with the care our fur babies have received.

   First time today with my 10 year old springer spaniel for health check up. Very friendly and helpful staff. Waiting Room nice and big which I like, made my dog more relaxed. Vet very nice. Would recommend if thinking of changing vets.

   There isn’t a thing I don’t like about Prima Vets! From the lovely receptionists, to the nurses and vets on board! Everyone goes above and beyond to listen and help even in the most worrying times. They treat your pets like their own and go above and beyond to make it a positive experience each and every time.    Cannot recommend this place enough, they have looked after all my pets wonderfully for csections, spaying. Injections. And most recently loosing 2 of my dogs. They treated them both with love and care and my Annie was loved by all till the very end. My boy Tdog I lost tragically and suddenly this past weekend and they were prompt and on hand straight away to help and give my boy the best. I will only use this vets for all my dogs and so do my family and friends. Definetly one to use!!

   Could not fault prima vets. Had a couple of litters delivered here, one being an emergency c section at 11pm. Danny did not hesitate in getting us in and delivered 9 healthy puppies who went on to make 9 families very happy! Reception staff are very polite and try to accommodate my busy schedule when booking appointments. Would not use any other vets.

   I have used prima vets previously for scanning and progesterone tests but I recently used them for an emergency out of hours c-section, I cannot fault them, they arrived to meet me within 10 minutes of me phoning them, did the emergency c-section as my girl was struggling, they spent all the time they needed to ensure my puppies and mum were safe to leave before sending us home. They provided a fantastic service

   Cant fault Danny and the team at Prima Vets. Twice now I've had to have my fur babies in for emergency appointments one being major surgery when my frenchie was just 12 weeks old! Reception girls are fab and always polite. Very affordable unlike your mainstream vets. Highly recommended from my experiences with Prima Vets!
