   We came across the service station because our car's wheel was cracked and we got left stranded in England. We decided to book a room to stay the night and figure things out the next day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were so empathetic to our situation and offered to help us with parking so we don't get a fine whilst we figure things out. It was such an unexpected act of kindness that was very much appreciated at that stressful time.

   Brilliant place that is not at all like transit motels of the past. No road noise at the hotel, ample parking and charging points for those people who have gone electric. Lovely modern glass fronted foyer and loads of casual seating for guests to sit and chat (rather than be confined to their rooms)

   My third visit to this hotel and it was another good experience. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and all the facilities worked. Exactly what you need after a long drive, it meant I could just instantly relax. I will be using this hotel again in the future and would recommend it.

   A colleague recommended Days Inn as a budget-friendly option for our stay. I didn’t have high expectations, especially since the price was about half of what similar places charge—but I was pleasantly surprised! Check-in was smooth, the staff member was very friendly, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. The shower was modern and generously sized, and we even had access to a breakfast option. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back next year!

   Just spent two nights here. Very comfortable room. Early check-in. Excellent showers and clean room. The breakfast at £7.95 was a bargain, compared to the food on offer in the near-by services. OK, it's not full English on offer, but you've paid the cheapest rate in the area for a room. Will definitely stay again.

   We stayed for 3 nights in an accessible room. Everything was pretty satisfactory. - a pleasant room with plenty of space, and cleaned to a good standard. The bedroom door was quite heavily sprung and there was no way of securing it, which made accessing it by wheelchair a little tricky. Cleanliness was pretty good, although some dust etc. in corners. One day the room was not hoovered, and the toilet was not cleaned (no toilet brush provided). Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

   Efficient, but we found the modern hotel had a cold atmosphere and a cold 'welcome'. Rooms were nicely decorated, but whole experience left us unimpressed. Think it was overpriced, and very much dependant on nearby services for food options. Did not try their continental breakfast which was not included in the price.

   We stopped here because we were so tired we needed to stop. I was dubious I admit, but have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and had a good sized bathroom with a fantastic shower. I've given it 4* as the room wasn't that clean. Service was prompt, warm and friendly.

   We booked this as a last minute booking for a friend's wedding down the road, thanks to train strikes ruining our plans to travel! Cost wise, can't argue really £99 for a night not too bad. Location wise it is on a services which was handy for coffee in the morning. Parking you need to provide your registration for free parking. Checking in was seamless. Staff were polite. Pointed us in the direction of our room and very friendly. On first glance the room was spacious and clean. Also was quiet and not on the road side. Very nice bathroom. You can hear heavy footed people above you but this is kind of expected for modern hotels now I find. My only issues that I've dropped a star for on the room and overall rating is.... The cups in the room had coffee stains and non dissolved sweetener in them. Not sure these were cleaned properly? The duvet cover had red and dark marks / stains along the top. This made us a little uncomfortable to bring it near our face. If it wasn't for the fact it was late at night and I wanted to go to sleep I'd have asked for it to be replaced. Check out was easy and quick. Again polite and courteous staff. Wished us a good day and thanked us for staying. I'd use days inn again. Just next time I'll check around the room a little more in depth and ask for things to be replaced if I spot marks and stains.
