My sister and I stayed for the weekend and it was a lovely; secluded hotel. Fabulous afternoon tea, very good value for money. The room was spacious, clean and warm. Staff were attentive, professional and always on hand to help. Looking forward to the spa opening, we will be back.
Stayed here last night in the snug heritage room. Room was beautiful and clean. Bathroom modern and shower amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat here but went to a local pub for a carvery. Had a quick peep in the deluxe suite when the door was open at cleaning time and will definitely stay in that room if/when we visit again. Very high class hotel.
What a lovely find. Stayed for two nights. Very comfortable beds. Very attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The rooms are cosy. The grounds absolutely beautiful. Really looking forward to seeing how this Hotel progresses. I will definitely be back shortly with the family for a stay and for Dinner. A real welcome change from other hotels the staff were amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay. Keep up all the great work you are doing.
Gorgeous hotel. Lovely rooms. Even if staying for 2 nights room was cleaned. Reception staff all very welcoming. Only comment - first night arrived late and bar staff still managed to get a tea ready for my friend but on 2nd night asking for tea at a bar even earlier get an answer - all machines are switched off. 5 stars for a person working in bar on Tuesday evening.
Owston Hall Hotel is positively EXQUISITE! I am privileged to be able to travel around and visit some lovely venues for my profession but this place is something special! The food served for the private diners was so well presented and looked amazing! Even my fish and chips from the bar menu was the best I had ever had. The attentive service of the staff is first class right down to the expresso martini’s at the end of the night. If you are planning a wedding or a lavish private party make this place your first port of call.
We thought we'd try the restaurant after it was recommended by some friends. We went on saturday night for my wife's birthday. The staff are very good, friendly,attentive and efficient. The food was great. The drinks were good. Would definitely recommend. We will be back. We hope the new owner keeps on with the improvements. This is just what our area needs.
