I had facial services yesterday from binisa she was so friendly and nice. She also suggested me some tips according to my skin. She was so amazing and gave wonderful services. It was so relaxing and the most relaxing part was that face massage it was so good. I am fully satisfied highly recommended.
Deep, Binisa and Jaspreet are specialists in all beauty services. They are very cordial, friendly and their happy and bubbly charms lifts up the mood if you are going through a bad mood. Being a regular client they are always welcoming to provide services even at their closing times.

I used to go there but last time after waxing I noticed big burn which got a lot of time to recover.
Really unprofessional attitude and so rude without any reason, specially two old Chines old couple they are behaviours was unexpected. I can’t understand how come they running there shop without any hospitality and they don’t know how to behave with customer. Please don’t go there. I don’t want someone experience horrible as like I did.
There is a lady named Shabana she is always so polite and gentle, I definitely recommend her for threading and waxing(these are the treatments I’ve had done by her). Many other places have cut my skin whilst threading but Shabana is very careful and good at what she does.
My partners first visit to their shop- Very unprofessional, rude staff, Unsatisfactory experience. Poor ethics for work, attitude towards customer is Unacceptable. Specially Seniors at the work, instead of understanding what you expect and give their thoughts, try to impose there cheap and sick suggestions. Spoiled the day, not recommended.
Their hair colour services especially the highlights is terrible. Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices for highlights. Pay more to get it done better somewhere else it will be more worth it. I got it done two times and both times were shambles. In both appointments I had picture of the desired result and both times I got something completely different. It got even worse the second time around the colour in picture and the colour I got on my head was not even close. I was really annoyed when lady wouldn’t accept her mistake of messing up my hair. I asked for a brownish highlights instead I got blond highlights. A second lady had to come in and fix my hair. This happened in both appointments. I was not completely happy with the fix either but my top head was really painful from all that hair dye and I just wanted to leave. Also the free hair cut was also badly done. Which I only really noticed at home. The layers did not blend with each other one bit. Even after all the disappointment they took the full price. I will never have done anything done with that lady again. She doesn’t listen, throughout my appointment she moaned about how long the highlights were taking and how many people she had to send away because of my appointment. Like she was doing me a favour, very unprofessional.
