    Today I had an excellent customer service experience at Boots, and I genuinely felt the need to share it. One of the beauty team members in boots Arndale, @Tannaz, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely polite, caring, and professional on the shop floor, and she gave me very precise and premium product advice for my wife. Her attention, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our visit. Thanks to her effort, both my wife and I left the store very happy, and it was honestly one of our best first experiences at Boots. Boots truly needs more people like Tannaz—she is a real asset to the team. Thank you so much, Tannaz, for your kindness and dedication. You made our day! I hope this message will seen by the managers there because they weren't there so we can informe them about our experience.

    The pharmacy in this location is a joke. There is always a huge queue but no staff. I’ve waited for 30 mins in the queue before only to be told to wait for another 25 mins in the waiting area for ‘the pharmacist to check your prescription’ There is also no air conditioning so while you are stood waiting for 30 mins you’re also sweating! Don’t come here if you actually need medication because you’ll probably collapse before you get it As you can see in the picture there’s at least six people ahead of me, only one till operator. Supposed to be a multimillion pound company, yet even when they avoid tax they won’t hire the staff needed. Disgraceful

    I regularly shop at this Boots branch, mainly because of its convenient location in the city centre. The store layout is well-organised, and the product selection is generally very good. Under normal circumstances, I would have given a much more positive review. However, one particular incident has completely affected my overall experience. During my most recent visit, I was at the self-checkout and needed age verification for one of my items. I waited patiently for around five or six minutes, even actively seeking assistance. Eventually, a male staff member came over, but unfortunately, his attitude was shockingly poor. While helping the customer before me, he angrily slammed down their items, clearly showing visible signs of frustration—though I have no idea what he was frustrated about. When it was finally my turn, he didn’t say a word, brushed past me quite forcefully, tapped his card for verification, and walked away abruptly without making any eye contact or acknowledging me. This kind of rude and dismissive behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing environment. It left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s disappointing that such a negative interaction overshadowed what would have otherwise been a smooth and pleasant shopping trip. I sincerely hope the management takes this kind of feedback seriously and addresses the issue—a single poor attitude can drive loyal customers away.

    Called on Friday to the medicine advice counter in boots market st Manchester. My wife spoke to a lovely lady called Joan who was very knowledgeable and professional she asked my wife all the right questions to help my wife ,she even went and got the items which were needed from the store. We are very happy with the advice she gave us and we would just like to thank her very much ( what a great service to have)

    Shop looks amazing shame we can't say the same about the customer service everything seemed like I was asking too much simply because I wanted to do an exchange at 9.30 in the Christmas period. No7 consultant who finally did my exchanged made me walk and get my own carrier bag after spending £80 to the other side of the store, with all my purchases no smile unhelpful and she didn't give me all my products I had to back. very disappointed boots your losing your flare.

    Everything is arrangement and each section have their workers, its a big pharmacy and shop you can find what you want their, and there is a section for the pharmacy, on the other hand the costumer service was a bit poor but over all it was outstanding, and they are using smart technology to now what the best product for you.
