   My wife and I had an exceptional experience at the spa. The facilities are complete and offer a wide variety of spaces and activities, perfect for spending the day relaxing and unwinding. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The service was outstanding—every team member we interacted with was kind, professional, and patient throughout our visit. We booked a full-body relaxing massage, and it was truly wonderful. A special mention to Laura and Katie, who welcomed us so warmly. Their technique, professionalism, and calming energy made the experience unforgettable — truly hands of angels. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We loved our time here and left feeling refreshed and renewed. Congratulations to the entire team — you are doing an incredible job.

   My husband and I had a fabulous spa day here. Although busy it didn’t seem crowded as it is so large there is plenty of room. The outdoor pool is lovely and warm and surrounded by trees dressed with their autumn leaves. It is a stunning location and the beauty treatments were wonderfully relaxing.

   Visited the hotel today for afternoon tea and it was simply lovely. The young man who met us at the front door was friendly and helpfully took us through to the dining area. The waitress who served us was amazing -friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. And the food was just gorgeous! 2 hours spent relaxing in a beautiful setting, drinking prosecco and eating beautiful food- a really great way to spend a Friday afternoon. Thank you.

   They've basically taken money off us and despite promising to pay it back and ring us, have failed to do so. Stayed for our anniversary, paying a large amount for a luxury stay. Hotel was nice, staff friendly and food was good. We had a nice drink in the bar, a meal in the restaurant and then went back to the room. Slept terribly as a wedding party were drunkenly wandering around the hotel and grounds all night talking loudly but no point complaining. Checked out before going to the spa and there were charged on the bill for food that wasn't us. They kindly said they'd remove them. The next day I saw on my credit card statement they'd added them again 30 minutes later without contacting us. Rang to get them removed again which they said they'd do. Over a week later they haven't and promises to contact us back haven't been kept either. The amount is small compared to what we've spent there so I'm surprised at their shoddy service. Would never go back.

   Used for 80 delegates using the beautiful venue. Staff were very good, but needed a little chasing up to vacuum and stop drilling/making noise outside. Lunch was great, coffee and tea was plentiful, thought pastries and biscuits were very standard and thought they might have been made. Very good location and venue.

   I was lucky enough to have been gifted an afternoon champagne tea for my 70th birthday. I took my daughter along with me and had a truly wonderful time. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff magnificent. The afternoon tea itself could not have been bettered. Thank you to all concerned.

   Spent a night here just to get away and have a nice meal. The hotel has been refurbed in places and this is to a high standard and enhances the experience. The room was tastefully done and quiet, so very restful night. We upgraded to a Superior room with balcony. Had a meal in the main restaurant, excellent. The thing that really made this a 5 star experience was the staff, they were all excellent; friendly, professional, attentive and did what they said they would in a timely fashion. One negative was the price, plus £550 for one night and meals seamed expensive, but the food was excellent, so no complaints really. What a great team, Rudding Park management must be very proud. Well done all, will stay again.
