   Came in as a walk in, the staff were so nice and welcoming. Donica did an amazing job cutting my hair! I love it! I was quite scared about getting the haircit but she was very reassuring. They even offered tea or coffee, how nicee! Will definitely come back again

   My daughter had her haircut here today and what a lovely experience. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. My daughter’s hair looks beautiful. We are both really pleased with the cut and style. Will Definitely be back again.

   Had my daughters hair permed 4 weeks ago was advised it will last 6 months maybe longer with in a couple of weeks it started dropping so I booked it in to be looked at to be told I have to pay again to have it done. What a robbing bunch social hair dressers. Who ever has a spare 100 pound to waste in this shop I definitely wouldn’t go there again

   I am very disappointed with the way the salon handled my daughter’s haircut appointment today. I had one lady about to start on her hair but another one intervened and stated “I’m just going to comb her hair so that my colleague here cuts her hair.” Before I knew it, the other one was pushed aside and we waited another 10 minutes or so with my toddler on the seat for a 3rd hairdresser to step in after she finished with a client. This stylist asked how I wanted the hair and I stated “please could you keep the length since my husband likes long hair.” However, she took no notice of this comment and replied “ok, I will put in a layer.” I also stated that I wanted to be able to do a ponytail. I did not ask for layers. And she went ahead with it cutting the layer quite short and not even asking what length I would like. Before I knew it, she had already chopped it quite short. Subsequently she started chipping away at her hair. When it came to the fringe, she did ask how I wanted it and and I stated “side fringe” which she did do correctly. This was about the only thing I was happy with. Following this, she started chopping the length off the sides, giving her a boy cut. My initial statement was “please keep the length.” At one point she asked if I had cut her hair myself, which I frowned upon because I had it done professionally and was very happy with it before. Anyway, at the end there was a tonne of hair on the floor and the hairdresser looked very proud for chopping it away. I was heavily pregnant so could not be bothered to argue and was very upset when I got home and showed my husband. Will never visit this hairdresser again. Appalling. Learn to listen to your client’s request and take your time when doing toddler’s hair with consent from the parent regarding length and how much to take off. Clearly not experiencing in doing toddler’s haircuts.
