    Visited today for Christmas presents, we was served by Victoria. What a Star. We have never had service like this ! Myself & my wife couldn't stop talking about her. We found the same fragrance cheaper else where but we wanted her to have the sale. Thank you for making our day. Credit to the store.

    Visited yesterday to buy some fragrances. When I got home, I noticed that an advertised discount on one of the items was not applied. I phoned customer service and they can't do anything about it. Apparently their system does not allow checking receipts. When I eventually got through to the store, I was told I have to go all the way back to the store to correct this & cant just go into any Boots store. Didn't think I'd have to check a Boots receipt to make sure I wasn't being ripped off! Very disappointed.

    I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at this store. I visited the store to pick up medication, a routine 5-minute transaction. After paying and using the self-checkout, I left via the upstairs exit into the general car park. To my surprise, a staff member chased after me, shouting and demanding I return to the shop, falsely claiming the alarms had gone off. This was a public humiliation, with other shoppers staring as if I was a thief. In reality, there was no alarm sound, and I showed him my medication wrapped in the receipt (attached), which he insisted on verifying before finally leaving me alone. No apology was offered for this ordeal. What struck me was that I exited with several other customers the exist barriers, none of whom were targeted. It was clear I was singled out, and I believe it was due to racial profiling. This incident, which occurred less than 3 minutes after the receipt was printed (time-stamped), has left me feeling humiliated and disappointed in the prejudice displayed by this staff member. I'm hoping this behavior will be addressed and steps taken to ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity.

    Love the meal deal and discounts here. My fave is the Korean chicken bowl and great value. Also staff always friendly and helpful. Big selection of stock and good range too. Love the high protein snack bar and healthy options.

    Booked an optician appointment which I got several reminders for and even someone call me to remind me of. When I arrived they asked why I was so early (apparently my appointment wasn't for half an hour) and I showed them my appointment time on one of the text reminders. They said it would be fine and asked me to take a seat but I had to wait half an hour anyway. If they'd told me I'd have to wait I would've left and come back. The optician was friendly. The glasses are very expensive even buy one get one half price and there should be some cheaper options that are still stylish. I also got some photos developed here and had to wait ages to be served and the photos came back terribly which could have been the camera but half of them were missing and there was no explanation.

    Booked a BP check. Pharmacist who did the check was excellent. Very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. Took the time to double check readings, advise on home monitor and explained the process very well.

    You have to be more careful when you drop the products in the bag. The lady dropped my eyeshadow palette like a trash in the bag and it broke. Luckily it was cheap but this is not a reason to not be careful. We pay for these.
