I booked my parents into the hotel and was next level disappointed, the room advertised was not the room delivered, hanging cables from the tv, two single type bed pushed to make a bigger bed. The bathroom has rust marks and discolouration, Breakfast was fine, but take a chair with you when you want to make toast ( just buy a proper toaster for Christ sake) and I swear blind the orange juice is either really really really cheap or it’s that powdered stuff you add water too… There is a boat load of extra things I could add to this but I’m disputing the fee because advertising a special room and delivering the janitors closet isn’t on, and charging for the experience when I could get a decent room at premier inn for £50 less….. Haley’s used to be a good hotel, but I’ve got a mobile phone full of pictures that highlights the downward travel, it’s just become cheap, even the tables in the breakfast bar are hard wood cut to squares and mounted…..it’s kind of sad to realise you’re eating your food off wood off cuts..

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff friendly.the bed was very very comfortable. I would like to have more tea and sugar in the room though. 20 minutes from emmerdale tour, and very lively pubs a stones throw away

I've not stayed anywhere quite like it. It has character and characters! It is usually very quiet when we have been, and the reception is very welcoming and friendly. There are very few staff when it's quiet, but sufficient and effective; it's clean, quiet and friendly. It is certainly a lot better than a Premier on the main road, unless you prefer corporate blandness!

This is a lovely hotel if you need to stay in the area. We stayed just one night as a stop off in our journey but would happily have stayed longer! Lovely big family room, very well presented and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh

Stayed here for my 50th birthday weekend. We stayed here over 20 years ago. It's still as lovely. Perfect location which is so quiet but a very short walk from the pubs and restaurants on Otley Road. A great location for exploring Leeds on foot, as we did. We'll definitely be back!!

A lovely hotel. Good location just outside city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Bar available to get a drink and a wonderful breakfast. Lots of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful building in a great location. Breakfast is great: tasty, hot and plentiful. Minor maintenance in the room and this would be five stars. I'd love to see how it was as it's original house

We stayed there because we were watching Leeds Rhino's at Headingley. What a lovely hotel. The room we had (29) was huge. Also very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Will definitely be staying there again when up watching the Rhinos.

Me and my friend had booked this hotel last minute and the welcome and stay we had was absolutely amazing! The staff members that were working here were also really welcoming throughout our time here which made the stay even better! The breakfast we had here was so good too as they had different options for you to have. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back again :)
