   I’ve never spoken to ruder staff in my life I’ve always had bad experiences in there but yesterday was ridiculous, I always try to be polite but am usually met with the cold shoulder yesterday a young member of staff who I’ve never seen before looked kind of like Wednesday adams had no time for me didn’t look at me once disregarded everything I had to say with silly childish responses, when asked if they had a prescription the best response I could get from her was “nnnope” then met with silence an zero eye contact I asked could I use the address instead of date of birth because the prescription was for my partners mother who has ms she again just stood there looking at the floor didn’t say anything so I ended up just saying leave it I did have some choice words as walking away only then as I’m at the door about to leave she screams “ILL SORT IT FOR YOU” but she couldn’t sort it before that ? Good luck trying to put in a complaint also they will never pick up the phone just let it ring out, I’ve never made a complaint in my life but if she speaks to everyone like this she should not be in customer service

   Disappointed by how unprofessional and judgmental the consultation felt. Some questions went far beyond what was necessary and made the experience feel intrusive and uncomfortable. Healthcare services — especially those involving sensitive matters — should be delivered with respect, discretion, and without personal bias. This location fell short of that standard. Thankfully, received the same service elsewhere without any unnecessary or inappropriate questioning.

   The rudest most difficult staff I’ve ever encountered. None of them seemed like they wanted to be there, the pharmacist was sighing when what seemed like a new colleague had to ask a question. The lady with the long dark hair didn’t smile once and refused to give me my prescription even after I had offered to call my prescriber. Majority of boots stores don’t even stock what we needed so I had travelled around 4 different stores finally got to this one just to be refused. They were extremely rude, considering we actually have to pay for prescriptions you’re offering a service. I work in customer service myself and I wouldn’t ever dream of being so rude to customers. This also isn’t the first time I’ve experience rudeness from pharmacy staff

   All staff are brilliant and always go the extra mile to help. Pharmacy always busy and yet so helpful. Could do with more permanent staff to help Bethan and Danielle who I rate 100 per cent in their efficiency and dedication.

   I am so disappointed in the service my partners I have just received in our local Boots store. My partner asked the advisor for antiseptic wound wipes for our child's graze and was given incorrect antiseptic wipes for hands and use on inanimate objects within the home. When I went in to the store to exchange these wipes I was given an awful response, sarcastic, unhelpful and rude. Despite the advisor providing the wrong product. I will not be using this store ever again and would advise other shoppers to do the same.

   This is one good shop, great sandwiches for lunch. Order and pick up, fast del of meds ect. Great range of makeup keeps my lovely wife looking wonderful. Only down side not always the cheapest.
