Popped into the shop for a lightbulb and was really impressed with the service. The man who helped me was super helpful. He took the time to find the exact style and spec I needed. He said he was new and apologised for taking a bit longer, but honestly there was no need to say sorry. it’s rare to find assistants that helpful and patient these days.

The shop is packed with an excellent range of hardware, decorating materials, tools and gardening and household items. The staff are helpful and friendly and will go to a lot of trouble for you. Any products you can't find they will order or recommend another store. A staff member even carried my paint back to my car for me.
