Me and my friend booked this suite with our partners for a birthday celebration. All in all the stay was okay, however there were some issues with the accommodation. When we arrived we found that the location of the house was in an unpleasant area and just off a main road (traffic was very noisy). We booked two bedrooms and when we arrived, we were told that one of the bedrooms we hadn’t booked. This resulted in one of the rooms being locked and when we tried to contact the owner he was ignoring phone calls and when we did finally get through, he ended up cutting off. In the end a lady ended up coming to unlock the bedroom, after having to send all confirmations etc over again. There was a lot of mucky cloths on the work top in the kitchen, TV wouldn’t turn on and there was still left over rubbish in upstairs bins. Also, we got back to our apartment at around 10:30pm playing some music (not too loud) and someone begins to start banging on the door saying there are babies and children next door, however due to the location and the accommodation being a terraced house, it meant that things could be heard very clearly. This is something to be wary of when staying as it is a residential area. For the price we paid of £289 it was not worth it and overall not very satisfied with the stay.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Absolutely terrible customer service. Booked this suit for one night with the mrs we were there all of 15 hours paid £240 and £100 deposit. Which I’m still yet to receive back after being told it would take 5 working days. Before we even got there the lad was pestering us saying we best hurry up or ‘make it quick’. When we arrived it was like a little refurbished town house in quite a ‘rough area’ as the taxi driver said nothing what I expected fair enough the inside is designed well but they seem to use that to draw you in.
