   Ordered a pack of Wooster Sherlock conversion tips on the 23rd of September 2019 only just got delivered today 15th may 2020, claims on invoice next working day delivery, could someone from trade 1st please clarify the next working day policy they have please cos if you only work a couple days every 8 month can I have a job please

   Shocking customer service from Sarah. When checked out and paid for items it said next working day. Three days later still waiting for urgent items (hence ordered them with a company that stated speedy delivery). Emailed and Sarah in customer service said they were working on a 4 day delivery however then proceeded to tell me it would be delivered 8 days after the initial order. Then have an email to say it will be delivered earlier only for it to never arrive. I appreciate these are difficult times however other companies are managing to deliver their promises on delivery - if you can’t don’t mislead customers by having it on the website. I suggest if you want reliability and honestly you train your staff to deliver that through their customer service skills. Not great for any business!!

   Great products and great service but I've gave 2 stars because every single time I buy something from trade 1st for the following 2 weeks I get battered with nuisance phone calls. I even said to my wife after the last products bought "that's me getting ridiculous calls for a fortnight" As sure as eggs are eggs I've had 7 after the first 4 days.
