   Huge beautiful room, well decorated, spotlessly clean with all amenities. The view of horses in the fields and the river beyond were lovely to wake up to. Really friendly, welcoming & helpful hosts and a large, delicious cooked breakfast. We will definitely return if we're in the area.

   I recently enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing four nights here. The friendly owners are clearly highly experienced in ensuring that their guests are comfortable and feel welcome. The room and ensuite were very well maintained, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were delicious and surprisingly generous. Ford House Farm will now be my go-to when needing accommodation in the area. Highly recommended.

   Just back from a lovely stay for our sons wedding. Val the owner was kindness personified, nothing was too much trouble for her, even loaning my husband some aftershave as he'd left his at home! Our room was HUGE, extremely comfortable with FANTASTIC views! The breakfasts were delicious, all freshly cooked to order! Will DEFINATELY be back!!

   Huge room with a double sofa and double bed, large TV on the wall, breakfast included but didn't get time to try it unfortunately. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. Nice powerful shower and most importantly, a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Will definitely be staying here again when I'm next in Bradford!

   It was a beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect for a wedding we were going to at the old barn. Val and Gerry made sure we were welcomed and well looked after. Lots of advice and tips for where to go for food and walks in the area. The room was HUGE and very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, the views were stunning too. Great choice for breakfast and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Just wish we could have stayed longer to make more of this beautiful place. Thanks so much for looking after us! Sophie and Dave x

   hands down the best b&b I’ve ever stayed in, simply superb in every way. Easy to find, and a great location with wonderful views from the room, and nice walks easily from the b&b location. Fantastic staff who even let me keep my motorcycle safe in their garage for my stay, lovely breakfast even catering perfectly for my fussy vegetarian needs! I didn’t want to leave as can’t wait to go back.

   I do not write reviews - but credit where credit is due. We stayed August 2021 what a lucky find ! Friendly welcome, fantastic room, lovely view and a wonderful bed ! Good choice for breakfast, excellent food, served promptly. We have stayed a hotels and B&Bs around the world, and this was one of the best. Very, very good value for money. If you want to be in this area - stay here !

   Can't fault the place, we only stayed for one night before continuing on to Edinburgh but the room was spotless, the beds were comfy and Val made us feel more than welcome. This B&B is also a great place to stay for any fans of Emmerdale with the original Woolpack just five minutes down the road. The following morning a lovely breakfast was waiting for us to give us a good start to our journey ahead. Will definitely be coming back here.

   My elderly mother and I had an overnight stay in very clean and comfortable rooms. Val welcomed us on arrival and assisted with our bags. Nothing was too much for her and we were extremely well catered and cared for. Probably the best nights sleep I've had away from home. Wonderful to be able to walk along the river or canal - all very peaceful and tranquil.

   An absolutely gem of a B&B. Everything was of the highest standard. Breakfast had such a wide choice and so fresh and good (and plenty of it too). The property is set in a beautiful quiet location and was spotlessly clean. Our room was huge with a sofa, TV, drinks and even fresh milk. Host was so helpful and kind. Absolutely loved our stay there - thank you
