Worst online seller.avoid avoid they sold faulty item and when I returned with proof they still charged not refunded full money.worst tile cutter ever i have seen sold by the cumpany.very ignorant staff.even manager is not professional.avoid avoid avoid. They refunded £65 less even tile cutter was faulty and damaged my 2 spanish tile worth £300
Tile and trims has a great selection of products that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. Additionally they provide a quick, friendly, helpful service. I had an issue with an order (not tiles and trim's fault) and the customer service person responded immediately and resolved the issue. Quick shipping too. I will definitely continue shopping here.

I received the the wrong item and contacted the seller by email containing a Jpeg image of the incorrect item and the original order. I received an email response within 24hrs containing an apology and promise of a replacement with the correct part immediately. As promised I received the correct part within 24hrs. I can't review the item as it is a spare cutting wheel for a tile cutter which is not required at the moment but the service from Tiles & Trims was exceptional and i will certainly use them again
