   Beautiful house and everyone is very friendly! Chris makes it easy to book and is only a phone call away if there are any problems. Except we haven't had any problems! The rooms are warm, cosy and clean. The kitchens have everything you would need to cook pretty much anything. The house itself is situated on Selby finest road, Leeds road so it is peaceful day and night but also close to the town centre. The price is very reasonable for what you get, including free, safe car parking out the front. I would recommend this lovely place to anyone!

   Great place to stay for a really good price. The room was very spacious and well maintained. To get into the building and your room, you're supplied with a code for the doors. Be wary though as this code will automatically switch as soon as your check out time comes. Ensure that you have everything out of the room by then otherwise it'll get locked in and you'll need to call for some help to get back in.

   Avoid at all costs! I was asked by Luke Homes the “cowboy” agency who deals with payment to pay a week upfront, when i had to leave early because of work commitments i was refused a refund of the 4 days payment i was owed back! Also 3 or 4 of my colleagues had money taken from their bank accounts without permission? Obviously set up to be one big con. Stay clear.

   The room is warm,inviting and functional. The kitchen/lounge area practical and well thought out.The staff are very helpful and good at their jobs.
