Lina is absolutely fantastic! I wanted a japanese style haircut with extremely high layers and Lina managed to turn it into reality after seeing just a couple of reference photos. I am very very pleased with the result and will definitely be back soon! Thank you so much!
Lina always does such an excellent job with my hair. Always listens to what I want and makes me feel right at home! I've had it dyed back blonde from natural (highlights) and cut many times and it is always great. The girl who does the nails is always so lovely and welcoming too! Deaf customer of salon owner. Appointment made with salon owner. Salon owner on holiday. Not told that owner away. A member of staff changed my appointment time without telling me telephoned on fay of appointment with 1/2 hour notice, but did not leave a message which is automatically transcribed. I called them using Relay Uk. Phone put down on Relay. Would not speak to relay argued that I had been told of time change when I haven't - because I cannot hear. Slammed phone down on Relay Uk. Disability Discrimination complaint will be submitted to owner.
All the girls here are so lovely! I’ve had both a cut and a dye and always leave happy — I especially love my colour. Highly recommend!
I had the best experience! Beta who did my both manicure and pedicure, she was excellent! She did it with such a care and attention! Merve-Maria did an amazing job with my keratin treatment and Lina did a give me a great cut! Will be returning xx
I was really impressed with the balayage I had at Cut or Dye! Lina was so lovely, calm and clearly an expert. She did exactly what I wanted and brightened up my hair and blended my balayage much more naturally. Really happy with my hair and will be back. Thank you so much Lina!
I went in for all over highlights, plus toner and olaplex, and a haircut today with Elona. Even though my hair is incredibly thick so the highlights took almost 2 hours to put in, she was so incredibly meticulous with them and never seemed rushed, I felt in very good hands the whole time. The colour is amazing and I got loads of layers and a fringe cut in too, she listened to exactly what I wanted and I am super happy with the result. Much cheaper than any salon in Central London for the same treatment. Thank you!
This place is absolutely top notch. Lina is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever seen or been to. She is such a wonderful woman who is very knowledgeable with all hair types. She has lots of experience and she listens well to her costumers. If you ever get a chance to schedule an appt or pop in… do it. You will not regret it.

I had the best experience ever at this salon, cut or dye in Merton road where I came for the first time. The hairdressers listened carefully at what I wanted and did the best job I have ever had. The colour came out beautiful ! I was very lucky and had two hairdressers looking after me at once. They were both so lovely. I will come back for sure, very very recommended !
