Just left this salon and honestly i couldn’t be more happy with my outcome. The hairstylist was so lovely and made me leave beyond happy with my haircut. She recommended products for my hair and was so kind and helpful. She gave me an extremely nice hair massage when washing my hair and an even better haircut. Will most definitely be returning to her.
Vanessa is an amazing hairdresser! I’m ecstatic with my haircut and how she styled my hair!! My hair is really thick and not many hairdressers give you the time, however Vanessa treated me really well and was very patient with me! A 5 start experience and I’m definitely coming back!
Highly recommend this salon. Got a haircut and blow dry from Vanessa and she is not only an amazing hairdresser but an amazing person too. I am very particular about my cuts but she did an amazing job. My hair is thin and she gave it so much volume - absolutely loved it.
Avoid. I ended up leaving this 'salon' in tears after such a dreadful experience. From start to finish the experience was not a good one. To say the least. On arrival I wasn't even sure if the salon was open as the appearance was so run down but after reading good reviews I decided I wouldn't judge a book by its cover. I went in for a balayage with face framing and ended up with stripey uneven Highlights that didn't blend with the rest of my hair. I explained to Vanessa that I wasn't happy and gave her the chance to fix it but unfortunately it still looked dreadful after her second attempt. I cried over how bad my hair looked and I was told 'you shouldn't cry it looks good and you are making me feel bad'. In the end I ended up going to another salon directly afterwards and thankfully they could fit me in the next day for a colour correction for £100. Lesson learnt if the price seems too good to be true it is! Go elsewhere or prepare to be very disappointed.
Vanessa is an AMAZING hair stylist and a expert with hair. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful! I have fine curly hair so I always struggle with finding a hair stylist who can make my hair look fuller and shinier. Vanessa understands all types of hair and made me feel fabulous! : ) xxx
Vanessa is an excellent professional. When I got to her salon my hair was dry, unhealthy and no colour. She advised the colour and the treatment. The results were incredible, my hair is so healthy and soft. The price she charged is also reasonable. Thank you for the good work you did with my hair.
I have always struggled finding a colourist who could give me the colour I wanted. Having dark hair I always wanted golden blond tones with shades of brown but any time I went to a salon my hair ended up looking ginger. Vanessa was amazing, she made me feel at ease with her extensive knowledge and experience in colour. She is the first person to get my hair colour the way I wanted it and without damaging my hair. I would 100% recommend her. The best curly blow dry too! Can't wait to go back.
