   Over 10 years looking after our spaniel. He loves it there. He bounds in happily and bounds out again after his stay very well looked after. Staff love him and I feel like they treat him as if he were their own. He stays several times a year and would highly recommend Newgate to anyone !!! Very personal service and very pleasant staff and they treat you as valued clients every time

   Newgate has been a second home to my dogs now for over 15 years. The team are truly exceptional and geniunely care for all the animals. On my last visit, Ludo cried with excitment when we arrived and ran in not to be seen until I collected him. He has his groom there too and Jenny does a fantastic job

   Felt so guilty on the boys them having just spent 9 days in kennels and only being home for about a week before they had to go back to Newgate for the weekend. They were literally scrambling to get out of the car when they saw where we were and ran in. Guilt disappeared immediately. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience for them and taking such good care of my babies

   We were so nervous about leaving our dog in a kennels, especially for 16 days while we went on our honeymoon but we needn't have been, she loved it and we could tell from her behavior how happy she was with the staff there. She came back to us smelling fresh from her bath the day before, and had clearly been eating well. We've been twice now and she was so excited when we arrived the second time so she must have been happy there. It was worth the wait to get into Newgate knowing she isn't mixing with any other dogs and is in a secure environment. Would definitely recommend!

   I am leaving three stars because I have been using Newgate for the last 2 years, and actually my experiences in the first 12 - 18 months were more than satisfactory, no issues at all. It is my cats last 3 visits that have been poor. I will not go into detail in this review, but what I will say is Newgate are seemingly about as good at handling complaints as they are at caring for my cat & I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

   Our cat just loves it here! We have been using this place for a few years and our cat always returns happy healthy and well looked after. The organisation is professional and efficient and customer care is excellent. We would never send our cat anywhere else. Thanks again

   Wonderful service. Our two cats were well looked after for 5 days. We had them fed twice daily on dry food provided by Newgate. Reasonable prices. Cats were whisked away at the Check-in counter while we filled out the forms.
