Very happy with our visit. Took my one year old in for a number one all over and we had Vicky. She was really kind and patient with him. He did cry and wriggle around as expected, but she stayed calm and professional throughout and handled it really well. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
Our son loved his haircut and it turned out just how we wanted it to. Vicky was amazing with him and professional. We love the fact that they were open in the evening, made it so much easier after a busy work schedule.
Took my 1 year old here for his 2nd hair cut and it was perfect. He was calm and the staff were so good to manage his haircut. Definitely a must visit for your little one’s haircut. We will definitely be visiting again 10/10
Had high hopes for this place as I usually get my girls hair cut done from little fidgets in Loughton so I thought I try this place which is more local. Underwhelming staff - quite disappointing seeing it’s a children’s salon and no effort to communicate with the baby/ toddler just a haircut and that’s it. I said goodbye and thanks quite loudly before leaving seemed like I was purposely ignored. Haircut was nothing out of the ordinary - couldn’t tell whether a professional has cut or someone at home- was mainly the fringe which was ok ish. Feel like I’ll need to trim some bits again as it doesn’t feel as neat as I had hoped- I’ll stick to little fidgets for next time.
My three-year-old is non-verbal and really dislikes going to the hairdressers, so every haircut has been quite a traumatic experience. But Vicky at Wrigley’s was amazing.. so patient, understanding, and skilled. She worked wonderfully with him, and even though it was a tricky haircut, he came out looking absolutely dapper! Thanks to her kindness and excellent communication, he even started to warm up to her. We’re so grateful and can’t wait for our next visit- round two, be ready!
Such a brilliant place for children's hair cuts. Brought my son here today for his first cut, he was upset throughout but Laura was brilliant with him, so friendly and patient. The lady on reception was also very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!
een here two times 1st time was amazing and the hairdresser was very calm and did a great haircut. 2nd time (it was today 3rd December) was a bad experience. Bookings overlapped and the receptionist was not at her desk, actually one of the hairdressers was taking calls and doing appointments between cutting hair. She had a bad attitude and felt like she hates her job and gave us a bad vibe, our todler was crying and being uncomortable all the time.
Totally LOVED this place. My first ever time using this service for my challenging almost 2 year old. I didn't expect him to be as good as he was. Thank you to Lauren who took it amongst herself to cut my little ones hair after I explained that he can be challenging, although I booked with another hair dresser. Thank you very much to the lady who gave chocolates to my daughters too although they didn't cut their hair. Thanks so much. I will definitely use you again!
My daughter is a bit hasty with new faces and I was a bit sceptical about her first experience but I guess she was a lot more comfortable. Her haircut experience was good. Lee did a good job on her. Would definitely recommend. The ambiance is also to give credit for
