   My kitten seemed very happy after her stay at Tan House Farm Cattery. She wasn't stressed or upset when we got her home. It's lovely and quiet here as its cats only and the staff seem very caring. We have booked again for our next break.

   The only cattery I use. Staff are cat lovers and the needs of the cats is always their priority and they are happy to send you updates while you are away. My cat never seems overly stressed when he returns from here.

   Brilliant! We picked up our 4 cats following a 3 week stay at Tan House Farm yesterday & we're amazed at how happy & settled they are now they're back home. Our previous experiences with other catteries has not been good. Our cats have come back traumatised. Can't recommend Tan House enough, absolutely brilliant@

   I visited this cattery in June to enquire about boarding mine and my daughter's 2 kittens, the lady that showed us around was lovely and reassured us that they would be well looked after and even showed us the cages and asked which one we would like to house them in for the 9 days we was away. We were very apprehensive as never used a cattery or any boarding facilities for our pets. The lady said she will send us regular photos to give us peace of mind. That day we walked out of there feeling very unsure as it was all new to us so was extremely nervous to board them. We dropped them off after a long think about it on the 17th July along with their stick treats they have of a morning and some small balls they love to play with. Fast forward to 3 days in to our holiday they didn't send us any pictures of them playing in the play area what we had paid extra for for, the only pictures we got was one of each of them sitting in a basket and a close up. e mails were sent to the cattery as we was panicking because we hadn't received anymore pictures as we had been 100% reassured by our first visit that they would send us regular pics. We cut our holiday short as was worried about the no contact between ourselves and the cattery. We went on the 24th of July to pick them up, they looked so scared high up in a bed above the door into the room, our hearts melted as we could clearly see they didn't enjoy being there. I voiced my concerns to the lovely lady that we didn't receive any pictures etc or any reassurance during their stay, the lady said we do not send pictures and I told her that's what we originally got told on our visit to the cattery, this is the only reason we boarded them there, I informed the lady I was not happy. We were also given back the treats that we sent with them, they absolutely love them and obviously wasn't offered any, we were fuming. We didn't even get any information about their stay when we picked them up, no proof of whether they used the play area, only their word. I wrote an email to the lady who runs the cattery and still to this day, no decency to reply. I was not going to put this review as I don't like to tarnish anyone's business, due to no response back I have no other choice to tell about our experience of this cattery. Avoid this place

   We have been taking our cat to this cattery for the past couple of years and can say for sure that our cat comes back looking happy! The staff are very helpful and really friendly. You can really tell that they love animals and really look after them!

   Our 20 year old cat Tabby has just returned from her 1st 3 week stay and we are super impressed with her condition and temperament - she had clearly been well fed and looked after. We found the staff to be helpful, empathetic, polite and kind and always responsive to our requests. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

   Emma ,Linda and team offer an amazing home from home stay for your furbabies .lots of cuddles and personal care in a variety of accommodation styles depending on ur furbaby preference. Only cattery we would use as our boy always returns looking chilled well and happy .there is also a great play area for excerise if they're having a longer stay which u can purchase as an add on . Highly recommended

   Very flexible when booking my 2 cats in, warm, friendly and welcoming. My 2 cats came back after a 9 night stay, happy and well looked after. I would use this cattery again and recommend it to anyone.
