Been twice now and booked in again for October. My cat is always looked after and seems happy when I collect her! The staff are really friendly and always seem hard at work when I've been.
We have boarded our cats here for a lot of years. The girls are great at giving the pets lots of attention and they always put pictures of your pets on Facebook which is really lovely to view whilst your away. The price has gone up but the price is still very reasonable per night for a cattery and kennels. I would recommend and use again in the future.
Really looked after my dog who is immunised, but I had no physical proof so most kennels won't accept him.
Really friendly and caring staff. Keano always relaxed and looks happy when we drop him off and collect him.
My pup Winston has separation anxiety so I was very nervous about having to leave him the staff were so kind and friendly, when I picked him up I could tell he was happy and had been looked after ,immaculately clean and all you see is happy dogs would recommend to anyone
Our Dog came away wet smelly and cold. Her basket was soaking wet and smelt of strong urine. I would never return. It is terrible!
Wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff. Had to put our dog Rodney in for an extended stay due to health reasons. Super happy with the care he has received and the regular facebook updates a great help. Would recommend Barton Dene to anyone.
