Went for a few things and a breakfast this morning. My partner is ill after eating it. The food was varying levels of cold from stone cold to the lowest luke warm. We won't be going anywhere near this place in the future. Surprised health and safety aren't involved.
Decent selection of food and products and the staff are really good particularly those on the cigarette kiosk as they are very honest and friendly places keep it up. But prices and deals are a bit out of touch, but still a good shop.
Went today for a full shop around 3pm. Salad bar, half of it was completely empty and what was on was battered. Fish bar only had a few bits of fish on rest was empty and washed down. Shelves pretty poor look like they'd been ransacked and then at the till the man serving was abrupt. Swerve this afternoon time this shop gone poor of late
Stock levels aren’t very good, always empty shelves and never see anyone re stocking. Recently used click and collect and was waiting ages for someone to bring it out which defeats the whole point of click and collect for ease around a busy lifestyle, half my order was also missing due to stock levels (again) however Morrisons are good value, and the products are good quality. The attitude this morning from the lady in the cafe was disgusting. Thanks for basically throwing the butter on the table at me, was it by any chance that my partner was Hungarian and not English? As other people around us were treated with respect. A smile wouldn’t go a miss either after all you are in a customer facing role!

No complaints about the single member of staff on the self service tills, who appeared to be the only visible member of staff in the store - not one staffed till open and ridiculous que's. Pretty shocking shopping experience and I wasn't the only one who was appalled by it all - your staff member was over worked and under so much pressure, but was so helpful and polite - shame on you Morrisons, shocking service for the prices you charge.
Great range of products. It has trolleys that attaches to wheelchairs and the aisles are spacious enough for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Always staff on hand to help. The food in the café is delicious with decent sized portions for the cost, and really helpful staff. I visit at least twice a week.
Life saver! I like this store because I don’t have to travel too far to get my shopping. Based on my experience, the customer service is outstanding! Shop assistant are very polite and welcoming. There are a wide range of things to buy, from food groceries to clothing and home essentials.
