   Two stars isn't really for this site, just aldi in general. They're not as cheap as they used to be, the shelfs don't seem to be replenished enough and the special buys are not a touch on what they used to be. Think they need to go back to basics and remember what made them so popular when they first opened.

   Not a single member of staff on the shop floor, the one member of staff I did ask for help (bald fella with unsightly beard) was less than useless, asked for his help with something, shouted from his till he was with a customer, didn't even have the decency to call another member of staff to come and help! Felt completely ignored, manager was nowhere to be seen, I think they all need a lesson in good customer service! Really, really poor!! Would give zero stars if I could, one star is far too generous!!

   Not the tidiest Aldi I've been to and the queues were longer than I'm used to having used the Ruthin and Llay stores. Plenty of parking though and the staff were pleasant enough.

   First visit to aldi at Broughton. Very clean and tidy store. Shelves well stocked, fruit and vegetables very fresh. Lots of items much cheaper than tesco, where I normally shop. The lady on the checkout was so very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman in front of me was having trouble paying with his card, she was so lovely to him, explaining how to put his card correctly in the machine. She didn't rush him, so lovely to see this. I will definitely be shopping here again, lots cheaper than the big supermarkets.
