   Heron foods in kirkby was my new shopping store as of June 2024, the staff are the main reason I changed from 30 years Iceland to now heron foods. The staff are amazing and so if the owner / owners do reD this please base your entire stock of stores on whatever taught hear to your entire business, IT BLOODY WORKS SO guess what advertising it took to sway me to change 30 years loyalty to you ZERO IT WAS YOUR STAFF SIMPLE AS THAT.    Excellent customer service. I do most of my shopping here never have problems with delivery it always arrives on time or earlier. But I did have one hiccup I actually received and extra bag of food that wasnt mine and I had a few items missing so I contacted them and they sorted it out straight away they even gave me an extra 2 chocolates on top of my missing items and apologised for the inconvenience.
