   I've come to this branch of Aldi on numerous occasions with my mum and also with my maternal grandparents, and it's pretty good. Many of the products which the shop sells are very good quality and are sold at an excellent price. The staff who work here are also very pleasant. There have been times when we've had to ask for help finding products, and the staff are always willing to help out when necessary. The cashier staff are friendly and helpful with people as well. Finding a parking space is usually quite easy too. Another benefit of coming here, is that it's one of the many shops you can bring soft plastics to in order to be recycled, since they cannot be put in the wheelie bins in residential areas. This is obviously better for the environment, and it also means you have more space for other rubbish in the bins too. There are 2 issues we've had with this shop though. My mum has been fined for staying too long, over 1.5 hours, although this isn't enough time. What if the shop is crowded, and there are long queues at the tills? What if you need help with something you can't find, or reach from a high shelf? Mobility issues can be a problem for some, including for my grandparents (as they both have arthritis) and my mum (who has arthritis and fibromyalgia). We've had to complain about this, and thankfully it has been sorted out. The other issue, is with the doors on the fridge sections, like where the meat, dairy and fish products are which weren't originally on it. Things weren't broken, so they didn't need fixing! I understand perfectly well that the products need to be kept cold and the idea is to keep the cold in to keep the bills down. However, these are a hindrance at many times. It means it's potentially harder to reach products if they're behind the back of a door, or if there's all different people present in the same area of the shop, like if the shelves are being restocked, or if there's several customers in the same aisle.

   Nice big store with plenty of room to navigate the aisles. Good selection of food and I still love the random stuff aisle where you can find saddles etc it's so random! Staff are friendly and helpful. The car park isn't very big but I didn't have a problem finding a spot. There's roadworks which make it a pain to exit the carpark, but you're not trapped there forever.
