   A great variety, the fruits is fresh , and the fish and butcher sections are amazing. The staff who help with self-service are very kind. The price is higher than other markets, but the quality of some products makes all the difference.

   Would be 5 stars only for the fact there's to many staff picking for deliveries. Wherever you turn there's one and most of them are not very polite and just barge past. There's no harm in having a bit of courtesy.

   Chick Heck sausage was listed at £2.50 in the club card prices, but I was charged full price at checkout. When I raised this with staff, they said the discount had been applied or would be refunded later — neither happened. The same issue happened with Kellogg’s Bites. This feels like false advertising, which is illegal under UK consumer protection laws (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008). Despite explaining this, staff showed no care or willingness to help. Very disappointing and disrespectful experience.

   Updated review Re-visited on 2 February 2024… still the same, more food and wider range of products. Still spotless and good vibes all over the shopping centre. Relatively cheap, compared to other stores, and the quality of food (especially fruits, vegetables, fish…) way the best here. Nice and clean shop. Covid safe. Great location and really fresh goods! Friendly and helpful staff. I like the party part of the shop. Balloons, and different celebration table decorations. Cheap.

   Staff are miserable, half the freezers look like they need a good defrost and clean, floors are minty! Was with 87yr old dad who you could clearly see was disabled yet staff member walked right toward him an expected him to move...dad, having manners, did actually move even though not the quickest, staff member never even said thank you or gave a smile....does nobody get trained in Customer Care these days?

   Morrisons have recently done a makeover in the Belle Vale Store which is totally confusing. The layout makes no sense. There isn't one area for Fridges and Freezers for instance. It's good for my Steps on Fit Bit but nothing else I understand that Spirits are a target for thieves, but locking them up must have reduced sales, few are going to wait while a member of staff can get there. The Trolleys, the plastic ones are an absolute disaster, they don't work. Where are the smaller metal Trolleys that most people want? I could go on and on but. Like the Online Shopping people In general, I find the staff are amazing considering what they have to put up with and do appreciate them

   Favourite supermarket. Café has a nice atmosphere (helped by plenty of natural light) with friendly staff and good self service options. Toilets recently refurbished are new and clean. Aisles are well signposted so you can actually find what you want.

   Never seen a shop where the staff have such attitude problems. Rude & unhelpful. Some of them think they’re own the world for working the till like the girl with the pink hair and the redhead guy with glasses. Awful.

   I don't tend to go often but popped in other day. Was not extremely busy but liked the fact you could still get a checkout operator, unlike other stores that seem to just abandon those tills if u don't want to self checkout or scan. Bought some lovely fresh meat on special and was fab hence. Forget how good Morrisons are compared to other names
