   I wish I had have used My Pet Walker sooner! The ease of using the app for both the business and clients has been fantastic. All of my clients have loved having the new booking app in place as it gives them freedom to control their own schedules, check bookings and payments, plus they love the booking and booster reminders too! As a business, it has been a god send for not only saving a lot of admin time, but the security of knowing that payments are made on booking, and us being able to track bookings and payments. The freedom it has given both the business and clients has just been excellent. The app is so user friendly! And we love that you can have the pups photos on their profile and everything is to hand that we need to know about them including, vaccs, allergies and notes from the customers if needed too! The app chat has also condensed our communications into one place too rather than having chats on different platforms that we previously had. A huge bonus with using My Pet Walker is that the team are incredibly helpful and always on hand to answer any questions or help out with anything that you need. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Elaine from My Pet Walker- she is incredible! Always has the time to help you, whether txt, call or video chat. I didn't have that with my previous booking system provider; you had to log a query on email and it could sometimes take days to respond, which as a business owner is certainly not ideal. Elaine is so friendly, helpful and always has the answer for you there and then, I cannot praise her enough for helping me set the app up, guiding me through the process and just being generally a lovely lady! Thank you Elaine! If you are on the fence, or unsure about making the move to My Pet Walker... Just do it! I certainly said "why didn't I do this earlier" when I set up! Brilliant app, brilliant team!

   I can't imagine how much time I'd waste managing all of my bookings manually. This app allows me to get on with the real job of looking after dogs and not answering the phone or scribbling in a diary. Easy to use app for us and the customer. All bookings paid up front. New features getting added all of the time. Responsive customer service team based in England. Highly Recommend.

   If you are in two minds just download and start your free trial! This app is perfect, made by pet business owners for pet business owners! It has delivered everything I need it to do and more. My customers love it and It’s so much easier to organise my day, with multiple services and dogs it was complicated and lengthy planning before I found My Pet Walker. Even my Trading Standards Officer was mega impressed on my Boarding vetting visit with all the records and functionality the app has. The support I have received from Ben and his team has been the best customer service I have ever received. Right there to answer any questions and they are constantly developing and improving. What more could you ask for?!

   Until very recently I was our business' diary management, with multiple forms of communication, a paper diary and over 100 members! My Pet Walker is excellent, and it has changed the way we operate for the better. Feedback from our members and the team has been excellent. From daily check ins, to reminders for birthdays and vaccinations, the app is more than just a diary. My team love being able to see their upcoming bookings and that owners can share notes with them for collections. Invoicing has gone from two hours to just five minutes - I'm getting my time back at last! Ben and his team have gone above and beyond with their help, tweaks and implementing new functions to the app. They are always available to offer advice. Honestly, I've been so impressed and my only regret is not using My Pet Walker sooner - it's worth every penny and more!
