Have to agree with what others have said on the other reviews. Guy with the cap extremely rude refused my UPS parcel for no reason, ask his colleague earlier the day if I can bring my ups parcel for drop off told me it was fine, but when I got served by guy with the cap, he just shook his head and when I asked him why, he just said "what do you mean why" and ignored me. Shame, came here regularly past few years to shop and drop off parcels occasionally, most of the staff is nice and helpful but that guy just ruins it.
