   We've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns but this one was exceptional! The food was very good and the room really clean but what made it special was the staff. They were so friendly and fun, they made our stay extra special.

   Pleasantly surprised at the standards of this establishment. I've stayed in lots of Premier Inns in differences over the years and the standard can be variable although you always get a comfy bed and a quiet room. This one is a Plus and it shows. Excellent service, food was good and if you're going to an event at the arena it really couldn't be any better located. Would recommend.

   Location is very good, staff are friendly. Room is clean and beds are decent as you would expect from a premium inn. However the pillows had me thinking I was and extra from busta rhymes break your neck video!! The pillow were horrible couldn't sleep at all so we all diched them and tried sleeping without. Staff said all pillows are the same which is weird as, Normally premier inns get the job done and we havnt had this issue before. But £155 for a rough night. I am disappointed. Overall ok just one blip for us.

   One of the best Premier Inns we've ever been to. The staff here cannot do enough for you, it's clean. The rooms are great with air conditioning. Fully recommend it if you have any gigs at the arena. But book early sells out rooms very quickly

   It is evident that the staff at this hotel are very dedicated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Premier Inn might consider sending their staff here for training. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Martin, who significantly enhanced our stay. This hotel will undoubtedly be my preferred choice whenever I am in the area. The room was excellent, the restaurant was wonderful, and the parking was only £3 per night.

   I'm posting simply because the staff were so helpful, down to earth and friendly. I asked about the noise from the bathroom but apparently it's a fan, otherwise would have been a 5. Staff serving food very helpful, I did think they could have done with a little more staff. Location good, handy for Meadowhall SC. Would visit again.

   Premier Inn is my hotel of choice these days and I fo like them. Had evening meal in here and breakfast. Both were very nice particularly the breakfast of which you could eat your fill. Staff were friendly and attentive and the room was very comfortable. It was right beside the venue I was visiting so it could not be better.

   Really enjoyed my stay at this Premier Inn. It was very busy at check-in but the staff were great. The room was excellent. Very clean and comfy. The bar/restaurant area was good as well. We utilised the meal deal. £25 for evening meal and a drink plus breakfast. Well worth it. Location was great as well. Under 10mins drive from Ponds Forge.

   Stayed here last Thursday with my bridesmaids as was the night before my wedding. The two guys on the check in desk were so lovely, they went out of their way to ensure we had a good night, even providing us with a bottle of Prosecco! Nothing was too much trouble, they were so helpful the next morning also getting breakfast for us. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds were really comfy. Would like to thank Ashley for helping make our stay memorable and for helping calm my nerves, it was so appreciated!

   Good place with spacious rooms. I stayed for 2 nights during a tour of Peak District with elderly people. We all came back to a very comfortable and relaxed nights sleep. The breakfast is decent with limited spread, but the buffet was being refilled continually. They can add a bit to the spread
