   We stayed in this room expecting a luxury experience, especially given the high price paid but unfortunately it fell well below expectations. The hot tub water appeared dirty and after using it I developed a skin rash, which was very concerning. The bathroom showed clear signs of poor maintenance, including a chipped shower tray, a tap hanging off the wall and broken bath fixtures. There was also a white residue on the curtains in the bedroom along with peeling paint and mould on the bathroom ceiling. For a hotel marketed as high end the level of cleanliness and upkeep was unacceptable. Sadly, this stay did not reflect the standard we were expecting a far cry from our visit a few years prior.

   I adore Casa Hotel! I visited a few days back with a friend for drinks and the staff were just amazing. I would like to say what an absolute asset Lani Kettley is to your company. An absolute diamond. A beautiful soul inside and and out and made the whole visit just wonderful. I can’t thank her enough. Lani will go far Xx

   Second time coming for breakfast as a Non-Resident. The first time breakfast items were slow in being replenished so went without things. It's self service and the other items are of poor quality and there's a wait whilst other people toast bread or use the coffee machine etc. Ordered some salmon and this was mostly the grey off cuts and really salty. Decided to try again today and paid before eating. It took an age again to get toast and hot drinks before fetching the hot breakfast items. The beans may as well have come straight from the tin, cold mushrooms, cold scrambled egg with lots of added shell, cold, hard bacon and luke warm sausages. The egg was undercooked and almost icey in temperature. Ordered an omelette which was also poor quality, salty and luke warm. We left nearly everything and definitely won't return. Nobody checked or asked how things were so we just got up and left. Now this is somewhere that claims to be a 4 star hotel. This has put me off wanting to eat here again in any way, shape or form. Forty pound for two of the worst breakfasts we've probably eaten. I always try to look for the poditives but unfortunately on this occasion there was none!

   Great hotel, well worth 4 stars, staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are very clean and well set out. Bar is nice, though they have a ‘no laptop’ policy which is a bit restrictive for a business location. My room was cold and the controls were basically unusable, I assume that’s not uncommon as there was a portable heater in the room. Road is a bit noisy and right outside.

   The hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and well-presented. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The only reason for not giving it a perfect 5-star rating is that the room had some dodgy lamps that didn't work. However, this was not a major issue and did not detract from my overall experience.

   A beautifully appointed and decorated hotel. The bar and the restaurant are stylish, with first class food, drinks and levels of service. The staff are amazing. The girl in the bar (sorry; didn’t catch her name) was an amazing mixologist and Emily (in the restaurant) was helpful, professional and knowledgeable beyond her years! Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

   Is there a way to give this no stars? It’s a great looking hotel but don’t be fooled. My brother and I booked two rooms as we had a family funeral to attend the next day, little did we know we’d get very little sleep. There was a party on the ground floor, we had rooms on the third. Imagine our surprise when at 2am there was still the sound of doors slamming, women shouting and men screaming; to say it was like a student halls of residence gives students a bad rap! We complained after a few hours sleep and promised by management that they would ‘see us right’ if we returned. Yet when I called to see if they could ‘put us right’, no reply email. No call. Nothing. My advice. Stay away from the bright lights of Casa. There are better places to sleep in and around Chesterfield. As for the guy who promised to ‘put us right’, shame on you.

   Fantastic hotel the staff were excellent in particular a young lady called Maisey in the bar. Breakfast was fantastic and lots of choices. Rooms were great and the housekeeping was brilliant. Overall the best hotel we have stayed in in this country

   This has been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are incredible, helpful and a pleasure to talk to, not forgetting to mention how they go above and beyond. The food in the restaurant is delightful too. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where I feel so welcome. It’s an absolute privilege to stay here. The rooms are very reasonably priced for the service you get and how clean your room will be too. I will definitely be staying again.
