   Review for Heron Foods – 23/08/25 I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit to Heron Foods. An older male staff member, wearing a white shirt, was repeatedly staring at me and whispering, which made me feel very uncomfortable. His behaviour came across as inappropriate and unwelcoming, and I felt as though I was being judged for no clear reason — possibly even because of my appearance or background. That said, the staff member at the checkout was polite and friendly, which I really appreciated. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and addresses such behaviour to ensure all customers feel safe and respected.

   I love shopping from there. But there’s a young man with absolute disgusting manners. First time he thought my little girl stole from the shop and I explained it’s was brought from a different shop he saw I had a bag from another shop then when I walked out it’s was him and the blonde young girl laughing. Now I went in there asked him “could I get a kinder egg please” and asked him twice and he turned around saying “PLEASE” in rude manners he needs to to be trained properly because you might aswell lose customers!

   I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Heron Foods in Tuebrook, Liverpool and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The store was clean, well-organized and stocked with a wide variety of quality products. What I loved most about Heron Foods was the affordable prices. I was able to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and pantry staples at a fraction of the cost of other supermarkets in the area.    Awful .Just confirmed this couldn't use a basket as I had baby in pram so put some things underneath, young lady buzzed through to security to tell them what I was doing oblivous to the fact i could hear her never been so ashamed ,told security to check because he was waiting there at till ,have logged complaint with customer services .Only plus was the young lad on the till he was pleasent.Never ever going in this place again. Doubt I will hear anything back either.
