    Sam came in daily to "look after" my ferrets. She however managed to let one of them outside (thankfully a neighbor found him). When I notified her and asked her to go and get the ferret back, she took her time. I had to get other people involved. Never received an apology. She also underfed them, didn't change a single puppy pad(house smelled like a barnyard and I spent better part of the day cleaning it up). Honestly, don't hire this person. If anything goes wrong, she will not accept responsibility and most likely will just block you.
