   The shops is showing its age looks old and grubby for the amount of money they must take, other sainsburys stores look alot better inside, cant fault the staff great service if its not busy!

   Have used sainsburys crosby for years never had a problem and know many of the staff always been pleasant and helpful.my mum is 83 partially sighted and uses a walker and she used sainsburys crosby recently only one serviced tills available long queue so had to use self service as cant stand for long periods in a queue self service not busy struggled with self scanning so asked for assistance from staff member who was dusting around.she was very rude told her that wasnt her job and she was finishing in 10 mins so left my mum struggling.not the service you would expect and would have complained except mum doesnt like making a fuss.very disappointed and mum will be getting a taxi to tescos litherland in future as a lot more helpful

   Good little store. Limited ranges due to size but always good for small visits. Parking available in 2 nearby pay and display car parks. Quite cheap.

   Been going here for years but lately it's gone so downhill most of the time the shelves look like they've been ransacked. Last two days first day at 4.45 closed for cleaning! Tonight again same time all cold section fridges down an empty. Would be handy if the security stood at the door doing nothing would let people know before they go in! The staff in there are so nice though just a shame it's now a bit of a crap store used to be so good.

   Regular old Sainsbury's, parking was reasonable although paying for parking is a bit rubbish. It's been a long time since I visited Crosby it was quite and looking run down.

   Good selection of food and not many empty shelves compared to other shops. Lacking staff on the self service tills so service is a little slow but overall staff are friendly and helpful.

   Unfortunately they have some light fingered staff. Double scanning of items is common. My Mother was scammed with half a bottle of whisky. Difficult to believe double scanning is accidental.

   The staff are fabulous! However today at 9.30am they only had one manned checkout open. Thirteen people in the queue to use it. Plenty of self service tills available. But Sainsbury don't seem to want to acknowledge the fact that the majority of elderly customers don't like using them! More manned checkouts please

   Supermarket has 2 car parks 'pay and display' service this medium size store. Wardens regularly patrol. Store is well laid out and spacious. Staff are very friendly and keen to help.
