The most useless evri returns known to man. 9 out of 10 times they can't accept the parcel because they're too full. So you have to go elsewhere or take your chances. They don't even bother putting a sign up. They'll happily let you queue only to be told at the till sorry, no can do. Also. As a shop it's always messy. Just avoid it if I were you

Great for last-minute essentials. Small selection of items reflecting the size of the store. Note, they do not stock fresh meat produce as there is a wonderful butchers two shops down.

Rude, argumentative and unhelpful staff. I was unable to return an Evri parcel today. On my first attempt the return label got stuck inside the machine and I asked for help. I was helped by a girl who couldn’t smile, speak or acknowledge me. Once she had fixed the label she just walked away to stand back behind an empty till which I found rude. On my second attempt at printing the label, all of the details didn’t print out clearly enough so I went back and asked for more help. Another worker suggested turning the machine on and off which she done. By this time another customer was waiting to use the machine and the Tesco worker encouraged her to try leaving me to wait. The machine worked for her. I then printed my label and took my parcel to the till where I was told by the employer who had been previously assisting me that they were not taking anymore parcels today. I asked why she hadn’t told me that when I had first come in and asked her for help and she replied “I forgot”. I told the manager that I found it ridiculously rude. The manager was abrupt and rude herself and although she said she’d take my parcel she told me it wouldn’t be collected and it would be left in the store. I didn’t trust that my parcel would be sent back so I took it away with me. I understand that there may a limit to the number of parcels that are taken in each day but this should have been explained before I waited around seeking help from staff to then loose my place to another customer after being in the store dealing with parcel 10 minutes previous to her. I was not asking for a favour all I wanted was for staff to do the job that they are employed to do without making customers beg for a service. Maybe the Evri advertisement should be removed from outside the store and a new sign should be displayed advertising they cannot take anymore parcels. I would also suggest basic customer service skills training is needed.

Issuing parking fines to customers that have visited the store and spent good money inside, then utilised the car park. Terrible approach to customer care, will no be visiting again

Handy little shop, free parking for Tesco customers next to the shop but it can be very tight and busy in the car park.
